An analysis by CoreLogic, published by Forbes Magazine, shows that Florida residents should NOT expect a price correction (downwards) in housing prices. In fact, it’s the opposite, as an increase in property values is expected.
In Flagler County, the analysis shows our region is considered “very low” for a potential housing price correction. Further analysis shows the entire East Coast of Florida is in a similar position. See the chart below, published by Forbes Magazine:
The Forbes Magazine article stated analytics firm, CoreLogic, “…believes nationwide home prices will inch higher over the coming year. Between March 2022 and March 2023, CoreLogic predicts U.S. home prices will rise another 5.9%.”
