The Chamber has closely followed the development of the Palm Coast City Council’s Strategic Action Plan, a document that highlights priorities and goals that will guide the city over the next 12 months. Tonight, the Palm Coast City Council voted unanimously to approve the below, which the Chamber strongly supports (see video below of Chamber speaking in support of Palm Coast City Council’s Strategic Plan).

The Chamber strongly urges residents and those with business interests in the City of Palm Coast to read the following two pages of text, which shine a light on where the City of Palm Coast is heading in 2022-2023.

Most people don’t pay attention to a headline like this, but those who understand organizational management and leadership understand that the City of Palm Coast’s Strategic Action Plan is perhaps the most important vote (aside for the actual budget) that will occur this year.

BONUS: If you’ve made it this far in the article, the Chamber can also share that Flagler County Government is currently working on their Strategic Plan. Several overlapping areas of interest exist when you compare the two plans, which is a good thing, as it indicates both the City of Palm Coast and Flagler County Government are in position to partner on important strategic initiatives that will move our region forward and properly prepare for future growth, resident and business needs.
